will we learn specific protocols?
While we can't give personalized medical advice in a group setting, you'll learn actionable steps to support symptoms, including safe use of supplements, foods and other tools.
Will we talk about weight loss?
We will touch on body composition as a “symptom” of the four major root causes. By learning our frameworks, your body will be able to lose weight naturally and sustainably. We will also talk about GLP-1 peptides in connection with root causes.
If i don’t have major symptoms should i still attend
Yes. We believe understanding these frameworks will help you prevent future problems and feel empowered throughout all the eras from pre-menopause to perimenopause to menopause.
why are the recordings only available for a limited time?
